You need the Java 2 (JDK 1.4) runtime to see this applet.

You lose if you take the last token, so make sure your opponent takes it!  The number of piles, tokens in each pile, and tokens you're allowed to take are set before the game beings.

The source code isn't incredibly pretty, but might be instructive.
